Barti was an excellent guide for us over a two day period and he made our visit to Dubai very enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable about the city and was very accommodating on showing us the highlights. He is a very pleasant, intelligent man and we learned so much about the history and culture of the area from him. I can not say enough of how much we enjoyed our tour with him and would seek him out to be our guide if we were to visit Dubai again.

Barti was very flexible in proving us a day trip to Al Ain. He met us at our hotel and we saw the country-side. He showed us what there was in the area and returned us to our hotel. Nothing to complain about.

We were very well looked after by Barti, he took care of everything including taking photos of us as a family! I would not hesitate in recommending him, and we would definitely use local guides in the future. Barti was able to answer all our questions about Dubai and offered us lots of interesting facts too. Barti was prompt when he met us. He handled booking a desert safari tour through another company for me. After we finished that tour we met Barti who took us on a city tour. He was very knowledgeable and interesting. We told him what we were interested in and he customized the tour accordingly. The car was comfortable. He and his driver were extremely nice. We only had 4 hours in Dubai and we felt that he showed us everything we needed to see. I would recommend him highly.

We can’t say enough about Barti and Ali, they accommodated our every request, we just “had” to stop at the Harley Davidson store-without notice, and then when we were tired and requested to not go to the Souk, they offered to take us the next day but we had other plans. I will definitely book again with Barti and Ali when we come to Dubai again. Awesome customer service and listens to what his customers want to see, do and experience in Dubai. He is very attentive and has vast knowledge of Dubai.

First of all, we were very well informed by our tour guide during our tour. There were many things that we did within 9 days in a private tour rather than a group tour and we also did many things because of our tour guide that was so very informative of all the places and can suggest many places that we want to go if we don’t like the place. Our guide was very good and has a great knowledge about the history of the place and some of the buildings that were built before. overall our tour was a excellent.

We were travelling in a group of 5 including one in a wheelchair. We were very pleased to have Barti as a tour guide. We found the tour was not rushed in any way and he was very knowledgeable and obliging throughout the whole tour.He made our first trip to Dubai a very pleasant experience.
